We offer Express and Standard delivery options. All deliveries are tracked, and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery window on the morning of delivery. We use tracked courier services for all deliveries.

Large & Heavy Items
Portable air conditioners weighing over 25kg are delivered via specialist heavy-goods couriers. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If you have specific access requirements (e.g. flats, narrow entrances), please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the best options.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the courier's website or through your ArcticBreeze account dashboard. If you have not received your tracking email within 24 hours of dispatch, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Delivery Problems
If your delivery is delayed, damaged, or has missing items, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Do not refuse a delivery without contacting us first — we can often resolve issues quickly. For damaged goods, please photograph the packaging and product before contacting us.
