30-Day No-Quibble Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return it for a full refund — no questions asked. The product must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition (unused or lightly used).
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label by email. Simply print it, affix it to the packaging, and follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
- Once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 3 working days of drop-off), we will process your refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used air filters (unopened filter packs are returnable)
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
